Our Team
Sarah Redman- Jazwinski
trainer and owner
Sarah Redman- Jazwinski began riding at age six in Monmouth County, New Jersey. She spent most of her junior years showing with a specific focus in the hunter divisions. At the age of eighteen, Sarah went on to college to eventually obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from Monmouth University. While completing her degree, she continued to compete at the highest levels of the industry in the Amateur Owner Hunters and the Jumpers while training with Shachine Belle and then Emil Spadone. Sarah has earned championships up and down the East Coast at shows such as Lake Placid, HITS Saugerties, HITS Ocala, and top ribbons at Devon Horse Show, Capital Challenge, and Pennsylvania National Horse Show. In 2019, Sarah got offered a position working for a private family under the guidance of Beacon Hill Show Stables and her professional years began. She then went on to work and learn as an assistant trainer underneath Max Amaya at Stonehenge Stables specializing in jumpers and equitation. After a few years, Sarah decided that she wanted to offer the highest level of training and quality care in a smaller boutique- style program. The development of Twin Bay LLC began in the winter of 2022. Twin Bay LLC operates out of our Colts Neck, New Jersey location and winters down in Ocala, Florida. Sarah has developed a team of knowledgeable staff to achieve horse and riders needs. She enjoys weeks of teaching clients of all levels in the jumpers, hunters, and equitation and bringing along young horses to reach their potential. When at shows, Sarah loves to prepare the horses for the clients and competes in the hunter and jumper rings. Her most recent coaching successes are championships during Ocala 2024 and the 2023 Washington International Adult Jumper championship.
Maggie Redman
Manager
Maggie Redman has been part of Twin Bay LLC from the very beginning. Maggie grew up in New Jersey riding and competing at a young age. She has worked in various roles of the industry. Maggie is a familiar face around Colts Neck, working for many years as the manager of The Tack Shelter traveling with the mobile store. After her time at the tack store, she took a job as the barn manager for Beacon Hill Show Stables. When she wanted to travel less and stay more local, Maggie got a job at New Jersey Equine Clinic as a vet assistant where she spends her week days, and now you will see her on weekends in the barn at Twin Bay LLC making sure that all horse and riders needs are met.
Wilbur Martinez came to Twin Bay LLC in Spring 2023. Since he joined the Twin Bay team, he has taken care of the daily needs of every horse in the barn. Wilbur has worked with horses his whole life in Nicaragua with his family. Before joining Twin Bay, he has years of experience grooming professionally for show jumpers and race horses in Spain and Europe.

Alex fills in wherever we need her whether it is flatting horses, managing during the week, or grooming at shows.
john jazwinski
The Go- to guy
John Jazwinski is married into the Twin Bay LLC team, but he is a significant part of the program. John works full time doing construction in New York. When he is not at work, you will find him in or around the farm doing all the handy work and projects to keep the barn up to the highest standards for our horses. Most recently, John spent the winter in Ocala caring for our horses and was a familiar face at the shows; setting jumps, holding horses, and shipping.
yeager
The mascot
Yeager is in and around the barn on a daily basis. Wherever Sarah is, Yeager will never be far behind. Most days you can find him laying in the sunshine or watching Sarah ride the horses at the ring. Whether it is going on trail rides in the back field, traveling to shows, or teaching lessons, Yeager always shows up to be part of Twin Bay LLC.
